Ivan Zhitiyanov

CEO, Telelink Business Services

Ivan Zhitiyanov began his career as a Java software developer, later transitioning to networking, driven by passion. Joining Telelink in 2006, he sought diverse projects and learning opportunities. His journey in the company led him through almost all the steps in a mid-sized company career ladder. In 2012, he took responsibility for the whole System Integration business unit. During the following five years, the business unit grew stellar, leading to its spin-off under Telelink Business Services, with Ivan as executive director. In July 2019, Telelink Business Services became a group of companies with Ivan Zhitiyanov as CEO. Listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the company is one of Balkan’s most extensive system integrators with a clear growth vision. The first M&A expansion step was taken in 2024 with the acquisition of the Croatian IT firm 7IT. 

Telelink Business Services has 500 employees and operates in 10 countries, headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria.
